At weareflorists.com, we want you to be delighted with every bouquet. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how it works:

1. Order Cancellations

   • Cancel up to 24 hours before the delivery date for a full refund.

   • Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may receive store credit only.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

   • Check your flowers on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if they’re damaged or not what you ordered.

   • Email a photo and your order number to support@weareflorists.com.

   • We’ll replace the arrangement or issue a full refund, your choice.

3. Quality Issues

   • If blooms wilt or show significant flaws within 48 hours of delivery, send us a photo.

   • We’ll offer a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Timing

   • Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 2 working days.

   • You’ll get an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

   • Custom arrangements, gift vouchers and add-ons (vases, chocolates, etc.) are final sale.
