Order Cancellations
Cancel up to 24 hours before the delivery date for a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may receive store credit only.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Check your flowers on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if they’re damaged or not what you ordered.
Email a photo and your order number to support@weareflorists.com.
We’ll replace the arrangement or issue a full refund, your choice.
Quality Issues
If blooms wilt or show significant flaws within 48 hours of delivery, send us a photo.
We’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 2 working days.
You’ll get an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom arrangements, gift vouchers and add-ons (vases, chocolates, etc.) are final sale.
