Every order placed through We Are Florists is delivered by a real local florist. Your flowers are designed and hand-delivered by the closest independent flower shop to your chosen delivery address.
We do not send flowers by post, and we never use generic courier services. Flowers are delivered personally by working florists who know their local area.
Same-day flower delivery is available across much of the UK for orders placed earlier in the day, Monday to Saturday. Availability and cut-off times can vary by florist and location.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation directly from the florist who is making and delivering your flowers. You will also receive a delivery confirmation once your order has been completed.
Your order is always handled by the florist shown on your confirmation email. If you need to make changes, ask a question, or check delivery details, you should contact that florist directly using the contact details provided.
While exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed, florists do their best to follow any delivery instructions you provide.
Because flowers are seasonal and availability can change, occasional substitutions may be necessary. If this happens, the florist will create a design of equal value and in the same style as the item you selected.
Prefer to order directly on a florist’s own website? That’s exactly how it works.
Enter a delivery postcode, town or city and we’ll connect you to a real local florist near your recipient. Orders are placed directly with the florist, payment goes straight to them, and your flowers are delivered locally with care.
