Local Delivery by a real local florist

All flowers are hand delivered by our most local florist, the closest real flower shop to your delivery location. If you prefer, you can choose click and collect. We do not send flowers by post, and we never use generic courier services.

Same day delivery is available across the UK on all orders placed before 11am GMT, Monday to Saturday.

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the florist. You’ll also get a follow-up email once your flowers have been delivered.

It’s important to remember that your order goes direct to the florist shown in your confirmation email. If you have any questions about your order, please contact that florist directly. Each florist has their own website with full contact details including telephone number(s) clearly shown in all communications, and a link is included in your order and delivery confirmation email to their website.

While we can’t guarantee a specific delivery time, we always do our best to follow the instructions you provide.

Because of the seasonal nature of floristry, we may need to substitute some flowers or materials. If this happens, we will create a design in the same style and value as the item you selected. If you have specific preferences for colours or materials, please let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to meet them.
